Hello. My name is Mrs. Fisher and I will be your child's Pre-K teacher. I attended UNLV and have a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been teaching Pre-K for many years and enjoy working with young children. Pre-K is a very special time for you and your child. Often, it is your child's first experience with school and I want it to be fabulous. In Pre-K we engage in hands-on learning and exploration. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child. Together we can help them prepare for kindergarten!
Pre-K students attend classes four days per week for a half day. Parents are invited to volunteer in the classroom and participate in our activities. The children love when their parents visit!! Parents of Pre-K students are required to participate in monthly Parent/Child meetings. Calendars are sent home at the beginning of each month notifying parents of meeting times.
